"Stan the Man" as we like to call him. This California bred bay horse was born in 2003 with the registered name of Amerida. He was purchased in 2011 after a great racing career. Stan got his name due to his previous owner, Stan Ryan, who purchased him to run in the Canadian Derby where he placed 4th with his trainer Greg Tracy.
He is an old soul with a heart bigger than most. Stan is one of Dean's best right leaders. Stan is always chosen for anything to do with kids including, pictures, rides, and grooming. He is the kindest horse on the Dreger Racing Team
In the early spring of 2021, Dreger Racing Team sadly lost Stan. He will forever be missed and we know he has joined his best friend Tribe again.
